Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to customers in the following locations in Saskatchewan: Regina, Emerald Park, and White City, regardless of the order size.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 + tax to most Canadian postal codes if the order value is less than $50 (before taxes, fees, and discounts).
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $50 that are not being delivered to remote areas. Free shipping is not applicable if any purchase of an item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $50.
Some remote and northern areas of Canada are designated by Canada Post as “Air Stage” locations. A complete list of air stage offices can be found here:
For shipments to Air Stage locations, we charge $30.00 freight + tax for parcels weighing up to 5 kg.
We deliver orders throughout Canada. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Cancellation Policy
A customer may cancel an order at no cost at any time before we ship the product. This policy does not apply to special orders, which cannot be cancelled without our approval.
Returns Policy
Please inspect your shipments carefully as soon as your receive them. If there are incorrect, damaged or defective items, please contact us at: https://cadworth.com/contact-us/ We will either provide a return authorization and pay the return freight, issue a credit note for future purchases or apply a refund to your payment card.
If you wish to return an item that you ordered in error, please contact us at: https://cadworth.com/contact-us/ If your return request is approved, you can ship the item back to us at your own expense. Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, some items may not be returnable.
